The Twinning Project works soley in Scotland and Malawi. We do not have any knowledge of nutrition supplements available in Lesotho. 

Perhaps you could try contacting a UK dietrician called Alastair Duncan that has written about his experience at a nutrition clinic in Lesotho. Here is a link to his blog:
